The present invention discloses a cursor controlling system including a cursor controlling device and a computer host. The cursor controlling device includes an operating plate for putting an user’s palm and a finger on, a blood vessel sensing element for obtaining a plural of blood vessel images by detecting the finger on different positions and a controlling unit.
