The tool includes: a scoop body 1 having a tray 12； and a movable member 2 that is superimposed on the tray 12 and that is relatively movable for the tray 12. Through holes 123 are formed in the tray 12 and through holes 22 are formed in the movable member 2, with sifting holes 3 composed in the regions with which through holes 123, 22 communicate. By changing relative positions of the movable member 2 for the tray 12, the size of the sifting holes 3 can be changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
