The present invention provides a processing equipment for high density circulating water culture, which comprises a culture tank, an aeration unit, a circulating water processing tank adjacent to the culture tank, a membrane filtration unit and a backwater unit. The culture tank is an octagonal tank formed by surrounding with a plurality of base plate units, and has an overflow weir. The aeration unit is provided with a plurality of air supply pipes to provide sufficient dissolved oxygen to the water in the culture tank, and also float the residual baits and excrement to be pushed out of the tank body. The circulating water processing tank includes a nitrification chamber and a membrane filtration chamber, in which the nitrification chamber is communicated with the overflow weir, and filled with embedding nitrifying bacteria and, the membrane filtration unit is configured in the membrane filtration chamber, and provided with at least a plurality of disc-shaped membrane bags and a water generating pipe.
