The present invention relates to a doppel-targeting molecule which inhibits pathological neovascularization, is useful for treating diseases associated with pathological neovascularization such as tumor, cancer, atherosclerosis, tuberculosis, asthma, pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), neoplasms, and neoplasm-related conditions, and is also useful for detecting doppel expression in a patient. All related compositions and methods are described in the present specification.본 명세서에 기재된 발명은 병리학적 신생혈관 생성을 억제하고, 종양, 암, 죽상동맥경화증(atherosclerosis),결핵(tuberculosis), 천식(asthma), 폐동맥고혈압(pulmonary arterial hypertension,PAH), 신생물(neoplasms) 및 신생물-관련 질환(neoplasm-related conditions)과 같은 병리학적 신생혈관 생성과 관련성이 있는 질환을 치료하는데 유용하거나, 환자내에서의 도펠 발현을 탐지하는데 유용한 도펠-타겟팅 분자에 대한 것이다. 관련된 조성물 및 방법은 모두 본 명세서에 기재되어 있다.
