PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide material which is excellent in cellular adhesiveness and cellular extensibility and has a three-dimensional shape.

SOLUTION: The peptide material is a peptide fiber aggregate which has the following characteristics: a peptide fiber used has &beta-sheet parts and cellular adhesiveness parts the &beta sheet part has a structure wherein &beta-sheet-forming peptide chains each consisting of 10-50 amino acids are arranged the cellular adhesiveness part contains specific amino acid sequences the N terminal or C terminal of the above &beta-sheet-forming peptide chain and at least one terminal selected from the N terminal and C terminal of the above specific amino acid sequence are covalently bonded directly or through a spacer and the water content of an aggregate obtained by expression 1: water content(%)=ä(water-containing mass)-(absolute dry mass)}/(water-containing mass)×100, is at least 80%.
