A formulation composed of a sugar such as glucose and a surfactant such as myristoyl lysophosphocholine (LMPC) has been designed to stabilize both hydrophilic and hydrophobic portions of the glucagon molecule, under prolonged physiological conditions, in a formulation that is sufficiently similar to the pH and osmolarity of plasma so as not to induce or to minimize site irritation. The combination of a simple sugar and an surfactant stabilizes the glucagon molecule in an aqueous solution for seven days at 370C.La présente invention a pour objet une formulation composée dun sucre tel que le glucose et dun agent tensioactif tel que la lysophosphocholine de myristoyle (LMPC) conçue pour stabiliser à la fois les parties hydrophile et hydrophobe de la molécule de glucagon, dans des conditions physiologiques prolongées, dans une formulation qui est suffisamment similaire au pH et à losmolarité du plasma de sorte à ne pas induire ni minimiser lirritation du site. La combinaison dun sucre simple et dun agent tensioactif stabilise la molécule de glucagon dans une solution aqueuse pendant sept jours à 370 °C.
