A finger clamping device includes a casing, an upper clamping member, and a lower clamping member. The casing includes an inner sidewall. A sliding rail is arranged on the inner sidewall. The upper clamping member is arranged in the casing and defines a rotation shaft. The rotation shaft is received in the sliding rail and capable of sliding along the sliding rail. The lower clamping member faces to the upper clamping member and is connected to the upper clamping member by a torsional spring. When a finger of a user inserts between the upper clamping member and the lower clamping member, the torsional spring is stretched, and the upper clamping member and the lower clamping member cooperatively clamp the finger of the user.
