The composition comprises parathyroid hormone or a fragment thereof； and SNAC (sodium 8-N-(2-hydroxybenzoyl)aminocaprylate). Further disclosed are uses of the composition in the preparation of a medicament and methods of treating osteoporosis utilizing the composition.
