The present invention relates to a method for screening neuronal stem cells. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for screening BIS, SOX2 and SOX4 expression levels and thereby screening neuronal stem cells, preferably stem cells in glioblastoma. By measuring the BIS, SOX and SOX4 expression levels according to the present invention can effectively screen for tumor cell formation inhibitors derived from glioblastoma.
