PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body composition improving device capable of imparting optimum low frequency electric stimulation suited to the body composition of a user by measuring the body composition of the user.SOLUTION: The body composition improving device includes a body composition measuring unit 100, a stimulation current application unit 200 and a main control unit 300. The body composition measuring part 100 includes a body composition measuring electrode 500 which comes into contact with a user, and the stimulation current application unit 200 includes a stimulation current applying electrode 500 which comes into contact with the user.
