The assembly has a hull installed in an acetabular cavity of pelvis of a patient, and three studs installed in a bone of the pelvis through holes in a wall of the hull. The first stud includes a bone anchoring part (26) having round shape at its longitudinal end opposite to that of a male conical part (25). The second stud is inserted into the bone by screwing.
