PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distal-end deflectable catheter, when deflecting a distal end, preventing a tip electrode from falling from a catheter shaft by preventing a tip of a leaf spring from coming into contact with a rear end of the tip electrode and pressing the rear end, the leaf spring being disposed inside a distal-end flexible portion of a multi-lumen structure.SOLUTION: A distal-end deflectable catheter includes: a catheter shaft 10 having a distal-end flexible portion 10A a tip electrode 20 a leaf spring 30 disposed inside the tip-end flexible portion 10A and operation wires 41 and 42 for bending the tip-end flexible portion 10A. The tip-end flexible portion 10A of the catheter shaft 10 has a multi-lumen structure. The distal-end flexible portion 10A of the catheter shaft includes lumen tubes 11-16, a cylindrical peripheral wall 18 including the lumen tubes 11-16 and the leaf spring 30, and an end wall that is integrally formed with the peripheral wall 18 at the tip end side and the rear end side of the peripheral wall 18 and can inhibit axial movement of the leaf spring 30 with respect to the peripheral wall 18.
