The present invention relates to a raising method for producing good quality oysters. More specifically, an environment of the seas for raising oysters is investigated to select a suitable fishery area, and ideal oyster raising method and conditions are provided for the fishery area. The raising method for producing good quality oysters according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first step of investigating an environment of the seas for raising oysters a second step of selecting a suitable fishery area for raising the oysters a third step of applying a mobile raising technique according to an environment of the suitable fishery area and a fourth step of determining a raising condition for raising the oysters. In the present invention, an environment including specific gravity of the seas, an amount of plankton, and a land water fed amount is investigated, so that oyster growth possibilities and productivity can be predicted, thereby selecting a suitable fishery area.
