The present invention relates to a sanitary pad having a structure that oxygen gas, which is harmless to a human body, is slowly discharged, instead of solid oxygen. The present invention comprises: an oxygen pack (20) which is filled with oxygen gas (11) inside a packing material (3) formed of either Korean handmade paper or a synthetic resin material a tape (2) which is attached to the outside of the packing material (3) and an exhaust port (5) formed on a surface of the oxygen pack (20) which is disposed under an attachment face of the tape. Either an herb-flavored gas or an herb-flavored particulate material is further included inside the packaging material (3), the tape (2) is attached to the oxygen pack (20) in an overlapped form, and the folded and overlapped tape part is not attached to each other, thereby being easily removed. In addition, an interior material (11) of a sanitary pad or a diaper is included inside the sanitary pad.
