PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the defects of X-ray imaging that high sensitivity measurement is difficult and of optical imaging that high space resolution measurement is difficult when diagnosing is a purpose.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus comprises an X-ray tube 1, a detector 10 sensitive to X-rays and light and a processing part 104 for processing a detected result.
