PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health improving tool which can give an effective stimulation with simple configuration.SOLUTION: A health improving tool 1 includes: a first band-like part 10a made of a foam rubber； and a band-like laminate 10 laminated on the first band-like part 10a and including a second band-like part 10b made of woven fabric having an elastic rate smaller than that of the first band-like part 10a.
