PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialysis agent which is hard to generate agglomerations during storage, and easy to carry out work for preparing dialysis liquid, and a method for producing the dialysis agent.
SOLUTION: The dialysis agent is mixed with a particulate matter 4 including sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, and sodium acetate as constituents, and includes a constituent agent 5 for dialysis (sodium chloride particles and glucose particles) besides the particulate matter 4 wherein the particulate matter 4 has a particle size of not greater than 1,700 &mum, the content having a particle size of not less than 1,000 &mum and not greater than 1,700 &mum in the particulate matter 4 is not less than 30 wt.% of a total amount of the particulate matter 4 the content having a particle size of not greater than 355 &mum is not greater than 10 wt.% of the total amount of the particulate matter 4 the sodium chloride particles has a particle size of not greater than 850 &mum the content having a particle size of not greater than 150 &mum in the sodium chloride particles is not greater than 10 wt.% of a total amount of the sodium chloride particles the glucose particles have a particle size of not greater than 850 &mum, and the content of glucose particles having a particle size of not greater than 150 &mum is not greater than 10 wt.% in a total amount of the glucose particles.
