The present invention relates to a crystalline form of mesaconin. Specifically, the present invention relates to crystalline form A, crystalline form B, and crystalline form C of mesaconin and a method for preparing the same. In the above method, mesaconine is crystallized in a solvent, and then a crude crystal is dried to obtain a target crystal form.
