A method for controlling phytopathogenic pests on cereals, wherein the pest, their habitat, breeding grounds, their locus or the plants to be protected against pest attack, the soil or plant propagation material are treated with an effective amount of a fungicidal mixture comprising, as active components,1) 1-[2-[[1-(4-chlorophenyl)pyrazol-3-yl]oxymethyl]-3-methyl-phenyl]-4-methyl-tetrazol-5-one as compound I and2) one fungicidal compound II selected from [2,2-bis(4-fluorophenyl)-1-methyl-ethyl] 2-[(3-acetoxy-4-methoxy-pyridine-2-carbonyl)amino]propanoate (compound II-1) and [(1S)-2,2-bis(4-fluorophenyl)-1-methyl-ethyl] (2S)-2-[(3-acetoxy-4-methoxy-pyridine-2-carbonyl)amino]propanoate (compound II-2).
