To this end, the present invention provides a powder containing an anhydrous crystalline ascorbic acid 2-glucoside； a method for producing the same； and a use of the same, wherein the powder comprises the anhydrous crystalline ascorbic acid 2-glucoside in an amount of 98.0 wt% or higher and 99.9 wt% or lower, on a dry solid basis； has a degree of crystallinity of 90% or higher for the anhydrous crystalline ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, when calculated based on a profile of powder X-ray diffraction analysis of the powder； and has a dynamic adsorption rate of water of 0.01 wt% or lower, when remained at a temperature of 25C and a relative humidity of 35 wt% for 12 hours after removing water vapors from the powder under nitrogen atmosphere.
