The present invention is to provide a powder containing an anhydrous crystalline ascorbic acid 2-glucoside that significantly, more hardly cakes compared to a commonly used, conventional quasi-drug-grade powder containing anhydrous crystalline ascorbic acid 2-glucoside; a method for producing the same; and a use of the same. To this end, the present invention provides a powder containing an anhydrous crystalline ascorbic acid 2-glucoside; a method for producing the same; and a use of the same, wherein the powder comprises the anhydrous crystalline ascorbic acid 2-glucoside in an amount of 98.0 wt% or higher and 99.9 wt% or lower, on a dry solid basis; has a degree of crystallinity of 90% or higher for the anhydrous crystalline ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, when calculated based on a profile of powder X-ray diffraction analysis of the powder; and has a dynamic adsorption rate of water of 0.01 wt% or lower, when remained at a temperature of 25C and a relative humidity of 35 wt% for 12 hours after removing water vapors from the powder under nitrogen atmosphere. Accordingly, the present invention provides a powder containing 2-0--D-glucosyl-L-ascorbic acid, which comprises the 2-0--D-glucosyl-L-ascorbic acid in an amount of 98.0 wt% or higher and 99.8 wt% or lower, on a dry solid basis; and has a dynamic adsorption rate of water of 0.01 wt% or lower, when remained at a temperature of 25C and a relative humidity of 35 wt% for 12 hours after removing water vapors from the powder under nitrogen atmosphere; contains D-glucose and/or L-ascorbic acid; and has a reducing power of the whole powder of less than one percent.종래로부터 범용되고 있는 의약부외품급의 아스코르빈산 2-글루코시드 무수결정 함유 분말에 비해 유의하게 고결하기 어려운 아스코르빈산 2-글루코시드 무수결정 함유 분말과 그의 제조방법 및 용도를 제공하는 것을 과제로 한다.무수물 환산으로 아스코르빈산 2-글루코시드를98.0중량% 초과하고 99.9중량% 미만 함유하며, 분말 X선 회절 프로필에 기초하여 산출되는 아스코르빈산 2-글루코시드 무수결정에 대한 결정화도가 90% 이상이거나 질소기류 하에서 분말 중의 유리 수분을 제거한 후, 온도 25℃, 상대습도 35중량%에서 12시간 동안 유지한 때의 동적 수분 흡착량이 0.01중량% 이하인 아스코르빈산 2-글루코시드 무수결정 함유 분말, 및 그의 제조방
