The present invention relates to a method to efficiently proliferate a ratio of limbal stem cells inside epithelial cell plates derived from limbal tissues, and to culture the limbal stem cells by culturing limbal tissues on an amniotic membrane slide support. According to the present invention, a ratio of limbal stem cells inside epithelial cell plates derived from limbal tissues is stably and rapidly increased. Thus, a rate of success is increased when the epithelial cell plates derived from the limbal tissues are transplanted to a patient with limbal stem cell deficiency.본 발명은 양막 슬라이드 지지체상에 윤부조직을 배양함으로써 윤부조직 유래 상피세포판 내 윤부줄기세포 비율을 효율적으로 증식 및 배양시킬 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 윤부조직 유래 상피세포판 내 윤부줄기세포 비율을 안정적이고 신속히 증가시킬 수 있는바, 윤부줄기세포 결핍 환자에게 윤부조직 유래 상피세포판 이식시 성공률을 높일 수 있다.
