Independent claims are also included for: (1) harmful animal expelling plastic composition comprising at least one plastic including polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane and polyolefins, and at least one active substance mixture (2) a cable sheath or tube comprising the plastic composition and (3) use of active substance mixture for expelling harmful animals.
