The present invention relates to a composition containing phytosphingosine-1-phosphate or derivatives thereof for treating or relieving atopic dermatitis. The composition of the present invention is prepared using a substitute for sphingosine, a precursor of ceramide, thereby being very effective in treating atopic dermatitis as well as economical. 본 발명은 피토스핑고신-1-포스페이트 또는 그 유도체를 포함하는 아토피의 치료, 또는 완화용의 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본원의 조성물은 세라마이드의 전구체인 스핑고신을 대체한 물질을 사용하여 경제적일 뿐아니라, 아토피의 치료에도 우수한 효과가 있다.
