Disclosed are a ventilation therapy apparatus and a control method for the ventilation therapy apparatus. The ventilation therapy apparatus comprises: a main body (10), a respiratory circuit (20), a patient interface (203), an oxygen supply module (30), an oxygen proportioning valve (40), and a control module (50). A first end (201) of the respiratory circuit (20) is in communication with an output end of the main body (10), and a second end (203) thereof is connected to the patient interface (203). The oxygen supply module (30) is connected to the main body (10) via the oxygen proportioning valve (40). The control module (50) is configured to receive an output parameter of the main body (10). Upon detecting, according to the parameter, that the main body (10) is in a predetermined state, the control module (50) is used to control the oxygen proportioning valve (40) such that the valve opens to a predetermined degree of opening, and to control a fan (101) of the main body (10) such that the fan runs at a predetermined speed. Feedback from the output parameter output by the main body (10) can be used to determine the exhalation flow and inspiration flow of a patient, and to accordingly adjust the degree of opening of the oxygen proportioning valve (40) and the rotary speed of the fan (101) of the main body (10), so as to deliver to the patient an air flow corresponding to the respiration flow or pressure of the patient, such that the patient comfortably receives oxygen of a constant concentration, thereby increasing comfort during respiration.L'invention concerne un appareil de thérapie de ventilation et un procédé de commande pour l'appareil de thérapie de ventilation.
