PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring-shaped noodle which can be easily eaten by a tableware other than a chopstick, because Japanese noodles such as a Chinese noodle and udon, are not easily eaten by a fork or spoon, and do not match tablewares for Western foods, and in countries having a food culture there is discomfort to sucking noodles, many people hesitate in eating noodles, therefore the noodles have to be improved to become noodles capable of easily eaten, for spreading Japanese noodles to foreign countries.SOLUTION: Provided is the ring-shaped noodles formed into a ring-shape of bite-size.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ラーメンやうどんなどの日本の麺類は、フォークやスプーンでは食べることが難しく、洋食の食器にも合わなかった。また、麺をすすることに抵抗を感じる食文化の国々では、食べることをためらう人も多い。よって、日本の麺類をより広く諸外国に普及させるには食べやすくする必要があった。 本発明は、箸以外の食器でも食べやすい、リング状の麺を提供する。【解決手段】 一口大のリング状に形成したことを特徴とする、リング状の麺。【選択図】図2
