The present invention relates to a pulp component extracting device having a movable fermenter, and a method for extracting pulp components. The extracting device comprises: a frame for providing bearing power； a lifting means mounted on the frame； a stirring motor fixed on the lifting means and vertically ascending or descending by operation of the lifting means； a stirring wing part connected with a driving shaft of the stirring motor； and a fermenter located directly beneath the stirring wing part in order to receive the stirring wing part therein when the stirring motor drops down, wherein the fermenter has wheels to move and objects to be treated are contained therein. The pulp component extracting device having the movable fermenter, and the method for extracting pulp components according to the present invention can provide excellent productivity due to separation efficiency of pulp components and fruit juice regardless of kinds of fruits since stirring and compressing until fruits put in the fermenter are fermented, allows a user to replace stirring wings according to kinds of fruits or the degree of fermentation, and specifically, can increase density of pulp components since the stirring wings have through holes having the inner diameter getting narrower.본 발명은 이동식 발효조를 갖는 과육성분 추출장치 및 추출방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 추출장치는, 지지력을 제공하는 프레임과； 상기 프레임에 설치되는 승강수단과； 상기 승강수단에 고정되며 승강수단의 작동에 의해 수직으로 상승 또는 하강하는 교반모터와； 상기 교반모터의 구동축에 연결되는 교반날개부와； 상기 교반날개부의 연직 하부에 위치하며 교반모터의 하강시 교반날개부를 그 내부에 수용하는 것으로서, 바퀴를 가져 이동 가능하고 처리할 대상물이 담겨지는 발효조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 이동식 발효조를 갖는 과육성분 추출장치 및 추출방법은, 발효조에 투입된 과일이 발효될 때 까지 교반하여 압착하므로, 과일의 종류에 관계없이 과육과 과즙의 분리효율이 뛰어나 그만큼 생산성이 좋으며, 과일의 종류나 발효의 진행 정도에 따라 교반날개를 수시로 교체 사용할 수 있고, 특히 교반날개에, 내경이 좁아지는 형태의 관통구멍이 형성되어 과육의 밀도를 증가시킬 수 있다.
