The present invention relates to a polymer structure cleavable by external stimuli, manufactured by a gaseous molecular layer deposition method. The polymer structure according to one example of the present invention comprises a base member, a polymer transmission intermediate material formed by the gaseous molecular layer deposition method on the base member, a connector formed on the transmission intermediate material, and transmitting materials connected to the connector, wherein the connection between the connector and the transmitting materials is cleavable by external stimuli.본 발명은 기상 분자층 증착법에 의해 제조된 외부자극에 의하여 분해가 가능한 고분자 구조체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 고분자 구조체는 베이스 부재와, 베이스 부재 상에 기상 분자층 증착법으로 형성된 고분자 전달매개물질과, 전달매개물질 상에 형성되는 연결기와, 상기 연결기와 결합되어 있는 전달물질을 구비하며, 연결기와 전달물질의 결합은 외부자극에 의해 분해가 가능하다.
