PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smart band that can provide a comfortable feeling by dispersing an integrated package part included in the smart band into a plurality of small-sized parts to uniformly disperse the weight of the parts applied to an arm upon wearing, and can also drastically reduce the wearing time.SOLUTION: A smart band 100 uses wire lines 103, 104 having elasticity and conductivity to split an integrated package part included in the smart band into thin small-sized parts 101, 102.
