The frame support rail can enable a frame to be effectively installed on a structure, such as a vinyl greenhouse, and prevent the structure from collapsing due to snow or other causes. According to the present invention, the frame support rail comprises: a rail body (10) which is arranged on the ground surface to be extended in the front-rear direction and multiple fixing bars (2) which are in the shape of a bar extended in a vertical direction while being arranged on the upper surface of the rail body (10) to be spaced apart in the front-rear direction. A support bar (1) of a vinyl house frame is installed by being coupled to a fixing bar (20) after a pair of rails is fixed to the ground surface to be spaced apart in a lateral direction, thereby easily fixing the support bar (1) onto the ground surface.
