PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic information processing device and an ophthalmologic information processing device program capable of satisfactorily performing follow-up of an eye to be examined.SOLUTION: In an ophthalmologic information processing device 1, a control part 70 acquires layer thickness information of ocular fundus being a processing result of OCT data of an eye to be examined. Also, the control part 70 matches the acquired layer thickness based on respective OCT data by taking difference of an acquisition condition in the respective OCT data into consideration.
