PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Shiatsu stick which enables a user to easily adjust the size of the tip and causes no pain or discomfort in a palm gripping the stick.SOLUTION: A finished product obtained by processing a commercially available golf tee, or a finished or unfinished Shiatsu stick, is provided as a material, with a sharpener or sandpaper, thereby enabling a user to complete the Shiatsu stick 1 as desired. The upper part 2 of the Shiatsu stick is large and wide, besides, thereby preventing the user from feeling discomfort.【課題】利用者が先端サイズを簡単に調節ができ、握る手のひらに痛みや違和感が残らない指圧棒を提供する。【解決手段】市販のゴルフのティーに加工をほどこした完成品、又は、完成、或いは、未完成指圧棒の材料としてシャープナーやサンドペーパーとセットとして組み合わせを提供することで、使用者が好みに合った指圧棒１に完成させることができる。また、指圧棒の上部２は大きくて広いので、手のひらに違和感を感じることはほとんどない。【選択図】図１
