PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting mechanism for performing continuous erecting operation and inclining operation without reattaching a shaft serving as the center of performing the erecting operation of a link.SOLUTION: The lifting mechanism includes: a first circular arc part C1 for guiding a second regulation part 43 so as to move on a circular arc with a first regulation part 33 as the center a second circular arc part C2 for guiding the second regulation part 43 so as to move on a circular arc with a turning shaft 31 as the center and a third circular arc part C3 for guiding the first regulation part 33 so as to move on the circular arc with the turning shaft 31 as the center. The first circular arc part C1 and the second circular arc part C2 are continuously provided. When a driven member 6 is moved from an initial position to a prescribed height, the first regulation part 33 is not moved relative to a second link 4 and the second regulation part 43 moves the first circular arc part C1.
