The present invention relates to a diagnostic apparatus for diagnosing the teeth of a human body. The diagnostic apparatus includes: an X-ray imaging device which includes a rotor rotating around the teeth, an X-ray generator and an X-ray detector, which face each other； and an ultrasonic diagnosing device which includes an ultrasonic generator which emits an ultrasonic wave to the teeth and an ultrasonic sensor which detects a reflection ultrasonic wave reflected from the surface of the teeth. The ultrasonic diagnosing device analyses the longitude of the refection ultrasonic wave to extract the location and direction information of microcracks formed on the surface of the teeth. The X-ray imaging apparatus photographs an X-ray image for a corresponding part of the teeth based on the location and direction information of the microcracks analyzed by the ultrasonic diagnosing device.본 발명은 인체의 치아의 상태를 진단하기 위한 진단장치에 관한 것으로, 인체의 치아 부위를 회전하는 회전체와 상기 회전체에 서로 대면하게 X-선 발생기 및 X-선 검출기가 설치된 X-선 영상 촬영장치； 및 치아 부위에 초음파를 조사하는 초음파 발생기 및 치아의 표면에서 반사되는 반사 초음파를 감지하는 초음파 센서를 포함하는 초음파 진단기를 포함하며, 상기 초음파 진단기는, 상기 반사 초음파의 경도를 분석하여 상기 치아 표면에 형성된 실금의 위치 및 방향 정보를 도출하고, 상기 X-선 영상 촬영장치는, 상기 초음파 진단기에서 분석한 상기 실금의 위치 및 방향 정보에 기초하여 치아의 해당 부분에 대한 X-선 영상을 촬영하는 치아 진단장치에 관한 것이다.
