The present invention relates to a method for inducing high activity of stem cells. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for improving stem cell function (high activity) of stem cells by using a growth factor IGF-1 which is a specific material as a trigger to the stem cells produced to control and adjust a related signal transduction such as PTEN/mTOR by using small-hairpin RNA (shRNA). When the two are combined and used together rather than being singly treated, survival rate, moving rate, and differentiating function of stem cells are effectively improved. Accordingly, stem cells having maintained stem cell function can be obtained at high yield by using the method of the present invention, thereby being able to be used for a method for preventing and treating nervous diseases by using the stem cells.본 발명은 줄기세포의 고활성 유도 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 본 발명은 shRNA(small-hairpin RNA)을 이용하여 PTEN/mTOR 등의 관련 신호 전달계가 억제 조절되도록 제작한 줄기세포에, 특정 물질로서 성장인자 IGF-1를 외부자극 신호(trigger)로 이용하여 줄기세포의 줄기세포능(고활성)을 향상킬 수 있는 방법으로서, 각각 단독처리시보다 이 둘의 조합으로 병용처리했을 때 줄기세포의 생존능, 이동능 및 분화능이 매우 효과적으로 개선되는 우수한 효과를 나타낸다. 따라서, 본 발명의 방법을 이용하여 줄기세포능을 유지한 상태의 줄기세포를 높은 수율로 확보할 수 있으므로, 상기 줄기세포를 이용하는 신경질환의 예방 및 치료법에 응용시킬 수 있다.
