Autoinjector comprising a housing (1) for holding a reservoir (S), and an actuation sleeve (10) with a contacting end (11) that is to come in contact with the users body, at least part of said actuation sleeve (10) extending inside the housing (1). The actuation sleeve (10) can move relative to the housing (1) between projecting positions, in which at least part of the actuating sleeve (10) protrudes from the housing (1), and an actuation position, in which the actuation sleeve (10) axially moves into the housing (1). The actuation sleeve (10) is in a first projecting position before the autoinjector is actuated and in a second projecting position once the autoinjector has been actuated, the actuation sleeve (10) extending further out of the housing (1) in the axial direction in the second projecting position than in the first projecting position. The actuation sleeve (10) comprises an annular region (12) which is inside the housing (1) in the first projecting position and outside the housing (1) in the second projecting position. Said annular region (12) includes a visual marker (15) for indicating to the user that the autoinjector has been actuated.
