The invention relates to a new orthosis in osgood-schlatter disease which allows, thanks to its molding, to compress the anterior tibial tuberosity (TTA) of the knee to protect it against shocks and to reduce pain related to traction of the patellar tendon. It is proposed to name it "ENDOSGOOD" to differentiate it from other types of orthosis. It consists of a micro-perforated thermoformable plate with two lateral loops and a rear strap whose tension is adjustable. -The thermoformable plate is molded on the (TTA) under the patella to be perfectly adapted to the TTA of the child. The molding of the TTA, allows both its compression and its protection against shocks. This new orthosis allows the child to continue his physical sports activities and to be able to kneel. L'invention concerne une nouvelle orthèse dans la maladie d'osgood-schlatter qui permet grace à son moulage de comprimer la tubérosité tibiale antérieure (TTA) du genou pour la protéger contre les chocs et diminuer les douleurs liées aux tractions du tendon rotulien. On propose de la nommer « ENDOSGOOD » pour la différencier d'autres types d'orthèse. Elle est constitué d'une plaque thermoformable micro-perforée avec deux passants latéraux et d'une sangle postérieure dont la tension est ajustable. -La plaque thermoformable est moulée sur la (TTA) sous la rotule pour être parfaitement adaptée à la TTA de l'enfant. Le moulage de la TTA, permet à la fois sa compression et sa protection contre les chocs. Cette nouvelle orthèse permet à l'enfant de poursuivre ses activités physiques sportives et de pouvoir se mettre à genoux.
