The spot seeder of the present invention, comprises: a supply hopper (110) for storing rice seeds and supplying the rice seeds to a lower unit a supply block (120) coupled beneath the supply hopper (110) so as to control the discharge of the rice seeds a supply element (130) coupled to the interior of the supply block (120) so as to discharge a predetermined amount of rice seeds an adjustment assembly (140) coupled to the supply element (130) so as to adjust the discharge amount of the rice seeds a guide element (150) coupled to the bottom surface of the supply block (120) so as to downwardly guide the rice seeds in order to collect the rice seeds to one point a seeding adjusting element (160) arranged outside the guide element (150) so as to seed the rice seeds that are collected to one point a blower (170) for blowing air downwardly to the inside of the guide element (150) so as to collect the rice seeds to one point and a seeding setting element (180) coupled to the lower end of the guide element (150) so as to cover up the rice seeds with soil. The spot seeder of the present invention may prevent linear seeding and accurately seed the rice seeds when directly seeding the rice seeds, and may prevent seeding in holes so as to eliminate the necessity of additional manual work, and may spot seed the rice seeds while moving at a high speed, thus significantly shortening the work time that is required for direct seeding and maximizing work efficiency. The spot seeder of the present invention may form a groove at a direct seeding point, and may seed and cover the rice seeds simultaneously to thus promote the growth and development of the rice seeds and improve productivity.
