A greenhouse framework 22 is assembled out of framework materials 24 such as typical pipe, and the outer periphery of the greenhouse framework 22 is covered with a sheet outer surface member 30 formed from a vinyl sheet; a sheet inner surface member 32 is formed on the inside of the greenhouse framework 22 by a heat shielding sheet so as to have a certain space from the sheet outer surface member 30 and form a floor surface 32a, wall surface 32b, and ceiling surface 32c in a substantially sealed manner; and an air conditioning device 40 is attached. Thus, the insulation properties of the inside of the greenhouse versus the outside of the greenhouse are made excellent, and air conditioning can be implemented with good energy efficiency. In other words, it is possible to form a greenhouse for plant cultivation that has a simple constitution and can be air conditioned with good energy efficiency.
