The device is characterized by the fact that the specified interferometer arm (5) coated with an immobilised binding agent is allowed inside the conductor (30) to be inserted into the tissue and to be measured in situ without the need to take or prepare a sample,where the driver (30) is equipped with a closed front (31) of the driver, longitudinal perforations (33) on the side walls, enabling the analyser to reach the binding factor and an opening (32) at the input end (34) of the driver for the introduction of the interferometer (10) with shoulder (5) flattened conductor binding factor (30) in the input end (34) of the conductor, with the aperture (32) sealed, enabling the conductor interior (30) to be isolated from the environment and the interferometer (10) to be mounted in position,where it does not touch the inner walls of the driver.
