The present invention relates to a method of manually knitting knitwear including a gene marker and, more specifically, to a method of manually knitting knitwear including a gene marker which allows a user to use knitting fabric to make knitwear by manual work, normally wear the knitwear, and use the knitwear as a shroud after death to posthumously honor the work of the user, and allows hair of the user to be included in the knitwear to allow genes of the user to exist even after the shroud is decomposed. The method of manually knitting knitwear including a gene marker comprises: (a) a step of preparing flat and cylindrical knitting fabric； (b) a step of forming a pattern design on the knitting fabric by manual work； (c) a step of forming a pocket on the flat knitting fabric by manual work； and (d) a finishing step of using yarn for a gene marker to connect the knitting fabric to form knitwear.
