PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic measurement device having a compact device configuration.SOLUTION: A flood light optical system of an ophthalmic measurement device includes a scanning unit in which a light source and a polygon mirror are positioned at a predetermined positional relationship, and scans a measurement light at an ocular fundus using the polygon mirror. Also, a light-receiving optical system of the ophthalmic measurement device includes a light-receiving unit 37 on which light-receiving elements 37a-37r are arranged in conjugation with a cornea, and receives the measurement light reflected at the ocular fundus using the light-receiving elements 37a-37r. Further, a control unit of the ophthalmic measurement device obtains refractive power of a subject eye at cornea parts in a meridian direction corresponding to the scanning direction of the measurement light based on a phase difference signal output from the light receiving element 37a-37r corresponding to each of the cornea parts. Further, the control unit drives the polygon mirror and a drive unit in combination to control scanning of the measurement light, and obtains a distribution of the refractive force of the subject eye at the cornea parts in a plurality of meridian directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】装置構成をコンパクトにしやすい眼科装置を提供する。【解決手段】眼科測定装置の投光光学系は、光源と、ポリゴンミラーと、が一定の位置関係にて配置される走査ユニットを有し、ポリゴンミラーを用いて眼底で測定光を走査する。また、眼科測定装置の受光光学系は、角膜と共役な位置において受光素子37a~37rが配置された受光ユニット37を持ち、眼底で反射される測定光を受光素子37a~37rを用いて受光する。更に、眼科測定装置の制御部は、測定光の走査方向に応じた経線方向における角膜部位での被検眼の屈折力を、各々の角膜部位と対応する,受光素子37a~37rからの位相差信号出力に基づいて得る。更に、制御部は、ポリゴンミラーと、駆動部とを組み合わせて駆動することで測定光の走査を制御し、複数の経線方向における角膜部位での被検眼の屈折力分布を得る。【選択図】図2
