The present invention relates to a mold for the production of al plin ravioli which comprises a frame 2 and a counter-frame 21 between which a motorized roller 22 and an idle roller 23 are positioned in the vertical direction which drive the dough support and advancement belt 24. A shaping roller 3, a cutting wheel 4, a folding group 5, a cutting roller 6 and a scraper 8 are mounted successively on frame 2. The shaping roller 3, the cutting roller 6 and the belt 24 drive roller 22 have mutually parallel vertical rotation axis and are activated by a single motor.
