The present invention relates to a protection cap joined with a healing abutment. The protection cap includes: a polygonal insertion protrusion which is inserted into a fixture on a lower part thereof； an incision surface arranged with the insertion protrusion on an upper part thereof； and a joining hole with which a screw is joined in the vertical direction.
