Method for preparing pharmaceutical compositions intended for oral administration comprising one or more active ingredients and compositions comprising the same
Method for preparing an active medicinal ingredient composition comprising (a) a granular center consisting of grains of active ingredient, agglomerated in the presence of binder, and (b) a coating layer of said granular center consisting of fatty matrix, composition wherein: * the active ingredient represents a minimum of 10%, preferably 20% or also 30% by weight, based on the weight of the composition of the coated granule; the active ingredient represents a maximum of 48%, preferably a maximum of 40%, the active ingredient preferably represents from 20% to less than 40%, based on the weight of the composition of the coated granule, more preferably the active ingredient represents 30% at 40%, based on the weight of the composition of the coated granule; * the fatty matrix represents more than 50% and up to 85% by weight of the composition of the coated granule, preferably from 51% to 65%, the fatty matrix optionally comprising an adjuvant, preferably chosen from hydrophilic agents, surfactants or mixtures thereof, and representing the last less than 10%, preferably from 1% to 3% by weight, based on the weight of the composition of the coated granule; * the binder, preferably a hydrophilic agent chosen from hydrophilic polymers or hot melting agents, represents from 0.2% to 18% by weight, based on the weight of the composition of the coated granule, preferably the binder represents less than 18% in weight for a hot melting agent or also preferably the binder represents less than 10% by weight for a hydrophilic polymer; * the diluent, if necessary, as a filler material, represents a content of 0 to 39%, based on the weight of the composition of the coated granule; * the lubricant, if necessary, as a flow agent, represents a content of 0 to 1.8%, based on the weight of the composition of the coated granule; the method comprising the steps of: E1) preparing the granular center by spraying an aqueous solution comprising the binder or by spraying the binder in the molte
