<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivating apparatus comprising using a square timber and a square bar whose outer surface is made of a flat surface, for parts to be loaded with a weight of a cultivation tank, making a caster stably run on a horizontal beam by engagement of a rack and a pinion without causing torsion between square bars or running-off of the caster, and cultivating through horizontally moving the cultivation tank at the same height so as to fix various conditions such as a light exposure dose and temperature for growing plants by all the cultivation tanks. <；P>；SOLUTION: This plant cultivating apparatus is such that a plurality of horizontal beams 3 are parallelly separated at prescribed intervals in the cross direction thereof, a pair of right and left square bars 8 and 8 are arranged crossing at right angles on the upper side of the horizontal beam 3, a rack 7 is attached to the lower side of the horizontal beam 3, a connecting rod 19 is constructed on the square bars 8 and 8, a caster 20 is attached to the connecting rod 19 in a manner capable of running on the horizontal beam 3, and a cultivation tank 18 with a hanging rod is hung to the square bar 8. Furthermore, a pinion 24 which is stuck to the outer peripheral surface of a rotating shaft 23 is engaged with the rack 7 so as to make the cultivation tank 18 in a hanging condition movable in the horizontal direction by driving of a motor. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
