PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flower bed for a protective fence enabling attaching continuous flower vases to the supports and the side walls of the protective fence, improving the view of the protective fence on a road and in a town, excellent in stability without fear of dropping off even when external force such as a wind and vibration is applied, enabling setting flower vases with a thickness almost equal to that of the protective fence, excellent also in safety without narrowing a road or becoming an obstacle to traffic, and producible in mass production at a low initial cost. SOLUTION: This flower bed for the protective fence has a flower vase first supporting member having a part to be mounted on the top of the support of the protective fence and a flower vase first laying part arranged on the top of the part to be mounted on supports, and a flower vase laid on the first laying part of a plurality of the flower vase supporting members and constructed along the longitudinal direction of the side wall of the protective fence.
