An herbal extract based non-acidic solution for using as a cleaning composition for cleaning bathrooms and toilets thereof is disclosed. The solution comprises Colocasia Antiquorum, Hibiscus Cannabinus and/or Hibiscus Sabdariffa and Acacia Concinna and/or Tamarindus indica and/or CitrusxLimon and Sapindus Mukarossa. These ingredients are later washed, boiled and extracted by using a heating or a boiling or a cold processing method. Later, to the solution a softener such as Gum acacia, a whitening agent such as Titanium Dioxide and a plurality of food grade preservatives are added. The prepared herbal extract based solution is used for cleaning bathrooms and all the accessories, stainless steel, plastic in the bathrooms and toilets including side walls and floor tiles, ceramic wash basins and commodes made of ceramic material.
