Chest compression sensor is coupled to the input means and is configured to detect whether or not each of the ECG data sets contains noise associated with CPR. Algorithm module of the recommendation regarding discharge is associated with the input means and the chest compression sensor and is capable of analyzing and classifying each of the ECG noise-free data sets associated with CPR as a discharge recommendation or a no-discharge recommendation. Reliability analyzer is connected to the thorax compression sensor and the algorithm module of the recommendation regarding the discharge. Decision generator for the discharge is connected with the reliability analyzer and the algorithm module of the recommendation regarding the discharge and is configured to generate a decision about the discharge. Generator output data for the issuance of user-friendly indication of the decision on the discharge and reliability of recommendations regarding the discharge of the ECG.
