The present invention provides a peptide having an activity for stimulating hair growth, composed of one kind of amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 1 and 2. The peptide composed of the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 1, 2, and 3 of the present invention: has an anti-inflammation activity by inhibiting the expression of inflammatory cytokines and the proliferation of inflammation cells； and promotes osteogenic differentiation by increasing the phosphorylation of PI3K, Smad1, Smad5, and Smad8 involved in bone formation, and the expression of ALP, OPG, and BSP.
