A double layer-structured anti-adhesion film and a manufacturing method therefor. The anti-adhesion film comprises a biodegradable polymeric nanofiber film arranged at the bottom layer and a gel film arranged at the surface layer. The manufacturing method comprises: step one, dissolving a biodegradable polymer in an organic solvent to produce a polymer electrospinning solution, and then producing a polymeric nanofiber film by means of an electrospinning method step two, arranging the polymeric nanofiber film at the bottom of a mold, then pouring a prepared aqueous solution of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), hyaluronic acid (HA), and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) into the mold, and either drying or freeze-drying to produce the anti-adhesion film having a double-layered structure.La présente invention concerne un film anti-adhérence à structure en double couche et son procédé de fabrication. Le film anti-adhérence comprend un film en nanofibres polymères biodégradables disposé au niveau de la couche inférieure et un film de gel disposé au niveau de la couche de surface. Le procédé de fabrication comprend : étape un, la dissolution dun polymère biodégradable dans un solvant organique pour produire une solution délectrofilage polymère, puis la production dun film en nanofibres polymères au moyen dun procédé délectrofilage étape deux, lagencement du film en nanofibres polymères au fond dun moule, puis le versement dune solution aqueuse préparée de carboxyméthylcellulose sodique (CMC), dacide hyaluronique (HA) et dalcool polyvinylique (PVA) dans le moule, et le séchage ou la lyophilisation pour produire le film anti-adhérence présentant une structure en double couche.
